Speech Therapy With Yaffa
I am a California state licensed, nationally certified speech, language pathologist offering speech therapy in Sacramento County, CA. After a thorough initial assessment I provide effective individualized therapy programs one-on-one, either in person or virtually with Skype and FaceTime. I tailor my therapy to each person's individual wants and needs working with my clients to set clear and achievable goals, rather than giving them goals I think they should meet. Because everyone learns in their own unique way, my therapy with individual people will be as different as the people themselves to maximize their results!
Voice Disorders: For the everyday voice user such as teachers, public speakers, singers, and telephone operators looking to improve vocal quality or treat vocal pathology such as vocal nodules.
Vocal Feminization: For the woman looking to add a more feminine sound to her voice following surgery or illness, or by modifying lifelong vocal habits.
Swallowing Disorders: For the adult or youth with difficulty chewing and swallowing, or battling reflux, especially after surgery or illness such as head/neck cancer.
Accent Modification: For the adult or youth looking to adapt a more natural sounding California accent, especially to improve communication for personal or professional purposes.
